What we collect
Information you give us
- Our estimate form: your name, phone number and the service you choose. On most pages, you can also add a message with details about your tree and property; that message is optional. The form does not ask for your email address.
- Calls and emails: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
- Where your request came from: the form sends the page path you sent it from. It does not send a separate landing page, referral source or advertising campaign tags.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested to keep the site running and secure. The form service also uses your IP address to limit excessive submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and talk with you about the work.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
How our contact form works
Swift Sites builds and manages this website for us and runs its contact form. When you send the form, it goes to Swift Sites' form service on Vercel. The service stores your request in a Neon database and sends it to us by email through Resend. A hidden form field helps identify automated submissions, and the service limits excessive requests. Swift Sites can see requests so it can keep the form working and make sure yours reaches us. The form does not send you a confirmation email.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run this website and our business, and only for that purpose:
- Swift Sites builds and manages this website and runs its contact form.
- Vercel hosts the website and the form service.
- Neon stores contact form requests.
- Resend delivers the emails the contact form sends.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
Analytics and cookies
This site doesn't use analytics, and it doesn't set cookies to track you or show you ads.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form requests and our messages with you for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.
