When we bring the crane
The crane lifts sections clear when a tree can’t simply be dropped
Our boom truck lifts cut tree sections clear of tight work areas. It brings crane-assisted removal to homes and commercial properties.
Close to the house
When a tree stands close to a house, the crane can lift larger sections up and away from it.
Tight work areas
Fences, planting beds and neighboring trees leave little room to work. The crane lifts cut sections clear of them.
Large, heavy sections
The crane lifts the big pieces. Our crew handles cut wood, limbs and cleanup on the ground.

Driveway & lawn access
A boom truck sized for residential driveways
Our smaller boom truck can access some residential driveways. We check turns, overhead clearance and space for the outriggers. Mats may help protect a suitable lawn crossing.
Owner Derek McConnachie is an NCCCO Certified crane operator, and Trees of Carolina has operated its own crane for over 20 years.
- Turns and overhead clearance checked first
- Room for the outriggers planned
- Mats where a lawn crossing suits
